Every Coaching Relationship Starts with the Meta Motion Blueprint

Before your first session Michael needs to see how your body actually moves. You'll submit posture photos and walking footage, running video if available, and complete a full intake covering your injury history, daily habits, nutrition, and training background.

From there Michael conducts a live virtual session where he walks you through exactly what he's seeing. Where your body is compensating. What patterns are driving your pain, limitation, or plateau. And what needs to change first.

You leave with a clear picture of where your body is at and a defined starting point. No guesswork. No generic recommendations. A blueprint built around you specifically.

Meta Motion Workplace Program


The Meta Motion Workplace Program is a 6-week live virtual experience designed to change how your team moves, thinks, and feels, at work and beyond. Each week Michael coaches your team through biomechanics and postural correction while building practical daily habits that compound over time. By the end of six weeks your team doesn't just feel better. They have a new baseline.

How the Program Works

Every participant completes a Meta Motion Blueprint before the program begins. Michael reviews each person's posture photos and movement footage individually so that from session one he already knows everybody in the room. No blind starts. No generic coaching. Just informed, precise guidance from day one.

The program includes six weekly 45-minute live virtual sessions, each designed to build on the last. Movement training and habit development are integrated into every session, working together as one cohesive process rather than as separate programs.

The Weekly Integration

Each week introduces one new corrective habit layered on top of the movement work. By week six your team has six new patterns running simultaneously, installed gradually enough that compliance stays high and the changes actually stick.
