Principles
Understand it.
The reasoning and biology behind what you're about to do, and why it works. Change starts with understanding, not blind repetition.
STEP 02
Practice
Do it.
The movement work itself, guided and specific. Built to retrain the pattern at the level of fascia, mechanics, and nervous system.
STEP 03
Progress
Measure it.
A self-guided checkpoint to notice what's shifting. No micromanaging. Just honest awareness of how your body is responding.
The Transformation Arc
What actually changes, phase by phase.
Each phase builds on the last, across movement and nutrition together. You don't move forward until the foundation underneath you is sound.

Phase 01
Reconnect
Body awareness and baseline biological state.
Pain begins to subside. The body feels lighter. Energy and mental clarity rise. Sleep improves. By the end of the phase the first habits stick on their own, body awareness shows up in everyday tasks, and mobility improves naturally as your tissue rehydrates.
Nutrition principles: the foundations. Hydration, meal timing awareness, and learning to notice how food affects your energy. Small, sustainable shifts, not an overhaul.
Levels 1-3
Phase 02
Integrate
Movement, habit, and nervous system unified.
Strength and movement confidence climb. Sleep deepens further. Better gait mechanics improve cardiovascular function. Body weight begins to balance itself through better system regulation. You engage more muscle through ordinary daily movement and feel noticeably lighter on your feet.
Nutrition principles: deepening. More intentional choices that support recovery and the body composition rebalancing already underway. Built on the awareness from Phase 1, never abrupt.
Levels 4-6
Phase 03
Adapt
Resilience built. Self-correction becomes automatic.
Habits run on their own. The need to go work out fades because posture and gait awareness carry through most of your day. Your routines become biologically sound and self-supporting. You recognize what your system needs in the moment, and discipline stops feeling like effort.
Nutrition principles: intuitive. You recognize what your body needs in the moment rather than following rules. The principles are now identity-level, the same way the movement is.
Levels 7-9
Phase-end checkpoint
The Progression Review
Michael's eyes on your progress, before you move on.
At the end of each phase you submit posture photos and gait video. Michael personally reviews them and approves your progression into the next phase. It's how the method makes sure you're building on a sound foundation, not carrying an old compensation forward into harder work. Included with the Guided tier.
