Pain Is a Signal, Not the Source
The body sends pain to get your attention, not to tell you where the problem lives. The movement pattern driving the dysfunction is almost always somewhere else entirely. When that pattern changes, the signal stops because the source has been addressed. That's not a workaround. That's how the body was designed to communicate.
