The Meta Motion Approach
Meta Motion was built on that principle. We correct the pattern first through biomechanics, nutrition, and nervous system work. Not because it's a novel idea, but because it's how the body actually works. When the inputs change, the outcome changes. That's not philosophy. That's biology.
Movement, daily habits, and nutrition are not separate problems to be solved by separate specialists. They are interconnected inputs that either support or undermine each other constantly. When all three are addressed together, grounded in how the body actually functions, the results hold because the foundation is finally sound.
Most approaches treat the body like a machine with faulty parts. Meta Motion treats it like a tensegrity system, where everything is connected, everything influences everything else, and lasting change only happens when the whole pattern shifts.
